Women's Ministry

The purpose of the Greenville Ladies Outreach (GLO) is to sponsor events designed to encourage spiritual growth in the women of Greenville Baptist Church, to provide solid teaching in the truth and principles of Holy Scripture, to enhance opportunities for Christian fellowship and to enable nurturing and mentoring relationships to develop between mature Christian women and younger women in the church.

Our outreach model is based on Ephesians 4: 1-3 and Paul's words to Titus in Chapter 2:3-5. We desire to be sensitive to the Holy Spirit and to allow a gifts-based outreach to unfold, under the Lord's direction. We want to always be sensitive to the gifts of our women and ready to include them on the leadership team as outreach opportunities develop and as the Holy Spirit leads.
